Aggie Football Season! #SJGameDay

Howdy Fans & Followers!
Today officially kicks off Aggie Football Season for 2014! Right now, College Station is full of lots of new students, as well as old students who have moved back and with the next 2 weekends being home games - well this town is about to get a little rowdy! And for me (not being 21 anymore in a College town anymore) I love Aggie Football season, primarily for the fashion and fellowship alone! 
Football season has become just as busy (if not busier) as Holiday season is for us. Since we have joined the SEC, the level of Game Day outfits has really stepped it up. Between maroon fashion apparel as well as custom screen printed tops that promote Texas A&M University, there is an overall craze for Game Day outfits! For me, being an Aggie (Class of '09) as well as owning a fashion business in College Station, I absolutely LOVE the transition that we have made. This year, our efforts as a company started months ago for the #SJGameDay collection that we currently have to offer both in the Southern Jewlz Boutique & Online! We truly pride ourselves on having a vast selection of maroon and Aggie fashion pieces on the shelves along with a top notch staff ready to style you from head to toe! Now last year, we did our first ever tailgate party at the Boutique for the Sam Houston Game. The event was such a success that this year we will be doing TWO tailgate parties and they will be for the Rice and Lamar games on September 6 and September 13. Look for a future blog post to go over all the details of each event, but for now, mark it down on your calendars and plan to stop by and see us. These games don't start until 6:30 and 8:00pm, so plenty of time to come shop for that perfect Game Day look and capitalize on all the other offers and fun that will be happening!
