What are your hours of operation?
SouthernJewlz.com is accessible 24/7, but our headquarter office is only open Monday through Friday, 9am – 5:00pm CST. We are also closed on all federal holidays.
The Southern Jewlz Boutique is open Monday – Saturday 11am-6pm CST.
Can I join your email list?
Of Course! And we promise to not blow up your inbox, just to send new items, popular restocks and SALEZ! Just scroll down to the bottom of our site and you'll see a box to enter your email address.
How can I contact you?
The best way to contact us is to email us at info@southernjewlz.com or call us at (979) 703-8017. We receive lots of calls a day so if we do not answer, simply leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Are all of the items on your website in-store also?
No. Although we carry some of the same products both online and in the boutique, they might sell out quicker in one location verses the other. We also have boutique exclusive items and online only exclusive items.
Do I need to create a login to shop?
Of course you don't HAVE to, you can simply check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account. It will make your future orders go quicker and allow you to keep up with that status of your order. This also allows you to view your order status history and can allow you special coupon codes as being a repeat customer! You'll be able to access your store credit from a previous exchange. One more advantage to creating an account - it reduces the chances of mis-typing your contact info, billing or shipping address.
How can I reset my password?
Simply click the “Lost Password” link on the login page. If you still need additional assistance, remember you can always call or email us.
Is your website secure?
YES - Super Secure! On any page where we ask you to enter personal information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication. Be sure that the billing address on the credit card you are going to use at checkout matches the billing address shown on your account - just another safety precaution measure here at SouthernJewlz.com.
Should I receive an email with tracking number once I place my order?
Yes, you will receive 2 separate emails. The first is simply a confirmation email saying your order was successfully placed and that we will soon be processing it. Once your order has been completed, you will receive another email with a pick up information or the tracking number.
What if the product I want to order is out of stock?
We try our best to restock our most popular items! Just choose join waitlist to sign up for a restock alert. An email will be sent to you as soon as we restock that item. But keep in mind, we cannot restock everything. Because our items sell quickly along with the fact that we can only purchase a select amount from our vendors, we cannot guarantee you to for sure purchase the product when (and if) it arrives back. Best advice is to purchase something you want while it's in stock or as soon as you receive the restock email!
Where do I enter a coupon code?
When purchasing on a desktop computer: Add all items you want to the shopping cart, then you can view your cart with the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner. Be sure everything in your cart is correct and proceed to the next step. Now you will need to fill out customer information on the left, unless your account is already pulled up. On the right, you will see everything you are purchasing along with the order total. Above the total, you will see a gift card or discount code box. Be sure to apply the coupon and make sure your order total reflects your savings.
Mobile Shoppers: The only difference will be a order summary drop down box. Be sure to click it to see a list of all the items you are ordering. Below that is where you will be able to type in the gift card or discount code.
The codes are associated with account holders or email addresses. Be sure to log in with the same email it was sent to. If you still can't get the code to match up, simply give us a call or send us an email.
